Maximov Pilates

Each workout is 55 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes of barre and mat stretches or foam rolling, and employs the use of various equipment such as the reformer, cadillac, and wunda chair.

The studio's system is unique and allows for private session clients to work out differently with their trainer each session, while semi-private class session clients receive a new routine every 1-2 months.
